Hi, my name is Amiee Spaulding. I’m a seasoned cook, who has been working in kitchens across the Sacramento area for over 25 years. These include Paragary’s, 58 Degrees & Holding, The Mix and Esquire Grill. It was in these kitchens that I developed my love for cooking, while building a loyal client base for a wide range of social functions and events. When I’m not sharing my love of food, you’ll find me walking my dog or heading to the beach with my family.
